I am from India. Here in my area in masjid when adhaan is called , the people who are taking wodhu ,pause it and continue after adhaan is finished. Is there any good in it.? Which is better to continue wodhu or reply to adhaan and after that continue the wodhu?

Pausing for the athan while doing wudhu is an innovation and has no relationship to Islam.
