What is the reward for saying the longer version of dua (alhamdulillahilladhee ath’amanee hadha, varzakaneehi…) after eating food. I heard that all our past sins will be forgiven if we say that dua.

ANSWER: This is true.

We need to take my sisters wedding just the day after the hajj festival. But we have our family members telling us not to take because a wedding should be taken only after the hajj kutbah is over. Is there a ruling like this??

ANSWER: There is no such ruling in Islam. As long as they are not in the state of Ihram and performing hajj or umrah, they can get married any time of the day or night.

My question is regarding making up for salah that has been missed while travelling. For example, if I missed salah dhuhr when travelling but did not make up for it. When I get back home, should I make up for only 2 rakahs or the full 4 rakahs?

There is a brother who used to always make excuses for people in his community even when they made major mistakes and hurt him. Then, about a week ago, he had enough and said it was his mistake to ever think well of them and that by default from now on he will assume anyone he sees in his community is evil until proven otherwise. What advice do you have for this brother?

ANSWER: He should not waste his great rewards of forgiveness and giving other the benefit of the doubt just like that. Allah loves those who forgive and pardon others for His sake.

I wear a hijab but I also wear glasses, with my glasses there is a small opening between my head and the hijab from my glasses and sometimes a little hair can be visible if you look in. I wear a cap under my hijab but it still ends up showing. Is this negligible?

ANSWER: No, this is not negligible. It’s not permissible to reveal your forehead or any part of your hair. Cover the scarf until your eyebrows.

ANSWER: She should do her morning and evening adhkar and she will be benefited from them like everyone else.

Does (the risk of and actual) masturbating suffice for marriage to be obligatory? Even if he (25 years) is trying hard to avoid & always immediately repents & hates it? (he used to do it for 10 yrs regularly, since 2 yrs complete change and only falls into it again every 2-3 months & then stops again. Sheikh the hadith of not moving from your Musalla and the angels keeps asking for your forgiveness ( Sahih al-Bukhari 659) do you just simly need to sit where you prayed at OR constantly make dhikr/recite the Quran at your musalla so the angels keep asking for forgiveness on your behalf?
