If I join the congregation at the 2nd or 3rd rakat after Imam says the salaam then I have to stand up and pray my missed rakats. Now my question is when should I stand up when the Imam says his first salaam or after he finishes the salaam ?

Is it true that Prophet Muhammad PBUH didn’t used to answer salam if he was not in the state of wudu? And if it is true, then is it makruh or haram to answer salam when we are not in the state of wudu?

I heard you said you can pray the asr prayer in the karahat if one has to(delay it etc), what about salat’ul fajr? Can one pray it in karahat if they wake up late unintentionally?(or out of laziness?)

ANSWER: It is not permissible to delay a prayer until the time runs out due to laziness. If one oversleeps, one must pray it regardless of the time as soon as one wakes up.

Sheikh, if a person fights with his brother and stops talking, then do he needs to give salam everytime he sees him in a day or is one salam sufficient for one day or is one salam sufficient for three days?
