ANSWER:

You must not take part in any of their kufr yoga rituals. If it’s only breathing exercises then no problem without saying Om or anything similar.

In my school, every Saturday, first period is yoga, i don’t know what they will do in it because there has never been a class of yoga before, but if they do yoga, can i just act like i am doing like them but never actually do it or without the intention of doing it with their beliefs, and on 21 June, there i yoga day, so can I act like i have stomach ache to not go to school?
