I have lent someone some money and they are struggling to pay it back but still requesting loans from time to time. Are they eligible to receive these loans from my zakat so that they don’t have to pay it back, even if they have a job/earning?

ANSWER: Zakat can’t be given except to those who qualify for it such as poor and needy. If they qualify, you can give it to them in their hands and if they wish, they can pay you back your loans or they can keep the money.

The best way of making Dua is asking Allah to give us what’s good for us. But can I ask like this-“Oh Allah, please make me a doctor and please make it the best profession for me”?

ANSWER: It is a reliable tafseer but laymen would probably find it difficult to understand sometimes. Try to get a copy of tafseer As’sidi which is much easier and friendly.
