I am a girl.Can I put my quran reciting audio(audio only without face) as a story on my insta acc which is private and only females can see it.and i know them personally and they also know that only females can see this recording.And that story(audio) gets deleted after 24 hours?is this permissible

Sheikh, so in my country some regions mix Islam with local beliefs like giving offerings which is obviously shirk, and a muslim kicked it which gives a bad label to the ummah in my country. I have heard that it is recommended to give zakath to those needy people from among our relatives. But I cannot give it to my relatives as I have informed you earlier Iam giving my zakath without letting my husband know. Please advice me can I give to outsiders or should I give to my close relatives.

I am silently reciting Ruqyah regularly, once everyday since a month. I am sure that I am possesed and I feel immense pain in my upper back and legs. How long it will take to cure? I need motivation and it is not a medical issue.

At my workplace,lately there have been a lot of mistakes/misses happening in the team in our work. Many of my teammates have started complaining about others and their mistakes .
