ANSWER: It’s not permissible at all to participate with them in their kufr celebrations and gathering. You can eat the halal food if they send it to you, without you joining them.

QUESTION: Sheikh when people from Pakistan coming for Umra, All their relatives asking them to perform 2 Rakat Nafal for them and make dua.All the relatives ask means 50 Person so its difficult for them to do it.Is the Ajar of Nafal will be awarded for other person or ONLY dua is sufficient?Please guide with explanation. ANSWER: This is totally wrong! Nobody can pray salah on behalf of anyone, whether dead or alive. You can make as much dua as you want and for whoever you want, there’s no restriction in that.

QUESTION:If a wife is capable of doing Haj but his husband is not giving her permission and delaying it saying we will do it in old age so what should that wife can do ?? can she perform Haj without his husband’s permission ?? or she should wait for old age as instructed by his husband as now one knws he or she will b alive by that time or not

ANSWER: If its her own money then she can go on hajj with any of her mahrams, like her father, brothers etc if the husband is not willing to accompany her. This is a fard on her and she doesn’t require his consent or approval

QUESTION: I want to find out whether it is mandatory for whoever dies on Thursday night and Friday to go to Jannah without reckoning.

ANSWER: It’s authentic that if you die on Friday, you will be protected from the torment of the grave but going to jannah or not is in Allah’s hands and this is not mentioned in the hadith.

QUESTION: My male couzin has recently died his mom who is my aunt is asking me for performing Umrah on his behalf but he was non mehram to me. I dont want to perform on his behalf but she is requesting me so can I perform Umrah on his behalf otherwise I will request my husband to perform on his behalf

ANSWER: No problem at all in performing umrah on a non mahram’s behalf as long as you had done your own umrah before, at least once in your lifetime.
