QUESTION: Many people don’t come close to us in salah if there is a space between us. So if they don’t can we pull them towards ourselves ?

ANSWER: Yes. “Whoever asks Allah sincerely for martyrdom [Allahumma inni as’aluk ash-shahadah], Allah will cause him to reach the status of the martyrs even if he dies in his bed.” [‘Sahih al-Bukhari’; # 1909]

QUESTION: In the subcontinent, people in rural areas use cow dung cake as fuel for cooking and also they use cow dung to wipe the ground (backyard or house floor). Does touching the cow dung break one’s wudu or make one impure ?

QUESTION: My wife disobeyed me. I have asked her to go get some stuff from the grocery store and make me something I wanted. And she said, “You go do the groceries, and I will make you it.” Is her not wanting to go the grocery store a disobedience?

QUESTION: As per hadith reciting subhan allahi wabi hamdi reciting 100 times wipes all sins even it’s larger than sea foam. Does this includes skipped prayers too.

QUESTION: I have my old grandmother on umrah with me. When we land in jeddah in ihram state, can she sleep and do the umrah next day?

QUESTION: I tuck my shirt and sometimes my sweater into my pants very tightly to make sure my back doesn’t show during prayer. I have across a video of yours saying tucking shirt into pants during prayer is not permissible. I wanted to know if what i’m doing is permissible and if not how can i make sure my awrah(back) doesnt show when i make ruku and sujood.

ANSWER: You shouldn’t tuck your shirt in and you can wear an undershirt and tuck that in while the outer shirt is loose and not tucked.

QUESTION: If Allah has blessed us in religion and had mercy on us and that makes us sin less than others in our society. How to be humble and not feel that we are better than others. How to get rid of the feeling of superiority and pride.
