QUESTION: My brother suddenly wants to quit medical college for a business, despite my parents’ rational discussions. He expects our father to set up the business for him but is refused. ANSWER: Whoever speaks ill about Ibn Taimiyyah and Abdul Wahab are deviant in their Aqeedah themselves. These people are not on Tawheed that’s why they cannot tolerate the teachings of these great scholars who taught nothing but what was taught by the Prophet salla Allahu aliaihi wa sallam. Keep away from such deviants.

ANSWER: If she makes it as a condition and he agrees to it as a condition and the witnesses testify that it was a condition, this is binding even if it was not written down. But if none of the above took place, this was not a condition and it is not binding.

QUESTION: I’m a finance lawyer in a law firm. Our clients are banks and borrowers. We prepare loan documents (interest bearing) and security/collateral docs.
