ANSWER: If it’s only a function and a party they want to throw then no problem in this as long as it’s a segregated event without music or anything haram. It is not permissible to make the marriage contract twice.

ANSWER: There isn’t any prescribed number of times for using water during istinja If a person is going to use toilet papers and wipe, he must do the (istijmar) 3 wipes minimum and can go up to 5 or 7.
