ANSWER:

It must be divided according to shariah laws where the sons get double the share of daughters.

If your mother and aunt want to let go of their share voluntarily then this is permissible only after the death of their father takes place and not before that.

The mentally disabled son’s share should be entrusted to one of the brothers who takes care of him and he must fear Allah and use that share only for the disabled brother’s expenditure as its an amanah with him.
