ANSWER: If she makes it as a condition and he agrees to it as a condition and the witnesses testify that it was a condition, this is binding even if it was not written down. But if none of the above took place, this was not a condition and it is not binding.

QUESTION: I’m a finance lawyer in a law firm. Our clients are banks and borrowers. We prepare loan documents (interest bearing) and security/collateral docs. ANSWER: If it is really transparent and you can see the color of his skin, his prayer is invalid and so is the prayer of those praying behind him. But if it is not that transparent, then the prayer is valid and he must be advised not to wear such clothes.
