QUESTION: If there is an Islamic bank near my house but still I open a current account(that doesn’t give any interest) in an unislamic bank that deals with riba and keeps my money in that bank,am I sinful?

ANSWER: Yes, you are sinful if there is no legitimate reason for that as you are helping them in their work and they are using your money to lend it to others with interest.

QUESTION: If I am wearing a half sleeve shirt (kameez) and I wear a big scarf on it that covers upto my trunk during prayer, is my prayer valid? Because if I raise my hands for Takbeer the scarf also raises with it and someone in the front can see my hands uncovered.

ANSWER: This is not permissible and the prayer would be invalid if done intentionally You must wear an outer garment over such clothes that covers the entire body, bone structure and curves and a loose abaya would do the job perfectly

ANSWER: The prohibition is only in praying salah, there’s no problem whatsoever in repenting, making dhikr, making dua, reciting the adkhar, reciting Qur’an during menses.

QUESTION: If some scholars said that the natural things that appears on the body that prevents water from reching the skin during wudu is negligible in wudu providing that it is small and if other schoalrs said no. assim al hakeem are you gonna follow your school of thought or what the majority of scholars says in this issue,if there is no clear evidence from neither quran nor sunnah.

ANSWER: Dead skin or the natural grease on one’s skin do not impact the validity of wudhu and one does not need to remove it.

QUESTION: Endorsing some particular product which is available on Amazon or any other shopping sites but they may also use women for modelling their products which we are endorsing . Permissible or not?

ANSWER: If by endorsing such products you are asking the people to go and check their sites with all them models on it, this is not permissible as you are collaborating with them on their evils and vice.

QUESTION: Is it possible for anyone to go for Hajj or umrah without Allah’s invitation? I heard some scolers says that Hajj or umrah is the invitation of Allah. Only choosen people can get this chance but some people argue that people are not so good how can they are invited by Allah? I really don’t know how to answer them.

ANSWER: There is no such thing as invitation by Allah! If Allah wills it, people can go to perform hajj.
