ANSWER: Crying when you remember Allah’s wrath and hellfire is recommended but if it gets really out of hand then this is from satan to depress you and to make you despair of Allah’s Mercy.

ANSWER: No, this is not permissible at all. If they give you halal food or gifts, without you sitting in their gathering and celebrations then no problem in eating or accepting the gifts.

ANSWER: Zakat is what Allah obligated upon those who have wealth that exceed the threshold. This has nothing to do with how much taxes you are paying.

ANSWER: He will not be forgiven by Allah for his crime unless he repents and shows remorse. Still, the victim will take its rights from him on the day of judgment.
