My question is , there is a friend of mine who has done his nikah around 3 to 4 months back but did not do the walimah (he did not give reception). Can he do the walimah later?

This is not permissible and neither talking to them as they are non Mahram to you. you can’t have such socialization with your fiancé until you are married. Her sister is a total stranger before and even after marriage.

By waleema feast on the same day…or is it compulsory to To have gap of few days between nikah and waleema?

Could you please clarify what are the limits for a girl in terms of covering herself when coming in front of a man for the purpose of marriage in the presence of guardian? For example, does she have to cover her hair, remove any make-up and cover herself in abaya from head to toe but keeping her face open?

It’s an issue of dispute among scholars. I believe it is permissible for her to come out uncovered as if she’s wearing decent normal clothes in her home revealing her hair, part of her arms and legs as well. She must not wear any makeup.

According to Sunnah, For a marriage, who should be the one who spends the money for the all the arrangements-the parents or the man who is going to get married? Is there a problem if the parents spend the money too?
