I live in Pakistan where 99% people follow Hanafi madhab. And they don’t consider a person a follower of sunah, when they see some one doing rifayedin (raising the hands before bowing and after lifting head) What are we suppose to do, is it really compulsory to do the rifayedein?

No one has ever said that it is compulsory. It is a highly recommended Sunnah.

I want to know, is it Sunnah to offer the last rakah of the Maghrib salah and the last two rakah of the Isha salah silently? This question is raised in my mind because in my hometown, the imaam offers the last rakah of these prayers aloud.

The Sunnah is to read them silently as this is what the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam used to do. This is what all schools of thoughts and all Muslims do. This Imam of yours is ignorant and he is going against the Sunnah

If there is a person leading the prayer and he forgets the ayah and no person knows the next verse from the congregation, what should the imam have to do?

Please let me know up to what time before fajr Athan is reward of the Qiyamul Layal acheived. I woke just 15 to 20 minutes before fajr Athaan and offered two rakah. Is it same as praying in last part of night? Also please let me know Tahajjud timings.

Whatever you pray after waking up and before the Athan, this is tahajjud and it is the best especially when prayed before Fajr in the last third of the night.

When a person say salaam in the tashahhud and if the other person is standing and is not praying and can hear the salaam of that person who is praying, should he answer his salaam?

What kind of pride is haram? I know that it is makrooh and can be haram, so what makes them different?

This is too technical. Pride is forbidden when it causes you to look down at people and reject the truth. This means that pride is forbidden when it is like arrogance.

There is a weak hadeeth that one should say that in the name of Allah we enter and in His name we exit and to Him is the resurrection. It is not permissible to pray two rak’ah whenever one enters the house as this is an innovation.
