The women like to appoint each women with a juz from the Quaan and we read this at home.When we return we make dau. Myself, I try very hard to follow the Sunnah and Quraan.As this seems like a good why to make me read. Over time I feel like I am doing something wrong. Please clarify.

Reciting, learning and memorizing the Quran are all good deeds. What is not permissible to associate innovations with that such as making Du’ah collectively.

Shaykh is it true that we are to recite Surah Qalam, before giong for an exam? To write the Shahadah on our exam paper on the first and last page of one’s exaM paper and erase it afterwards, (advices from relatives =S)
