Waseela in Arabic is a means of reaching someone or place. It is not permissible to take the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam or anyone else a waseela to Allah as this is means of Shirk.

There is no difference except in righteousness and fearing Allah. However, the Arabs are more capable to learn Islam better and faster due to their language.
