No, it is not.

I would want to ask one thing that whenever I recite surrah baqarah or read it internally I feel uneasy I have a weird internal feeling I want to know why?

When I want to learn a surah I write it down on a paper and then try to learn that surah, is this permissible?

This is perfectly OK. However, you should dispose of that paper properly afterwards.

Is it allowed for a non-muslim to touch the quran (only arabic no translation) or do they have too take a shower or only clean there hands tp touch it.
