We have a Masjeed in a European country. It was the first Masjeed here. Till now some Arab brothers delivered the Friday Khutba in Arabic cause the majority of the people in the Masjeed were arabs. Since 2003 we are making dawah efforts, like lectures, like lectures, lessons and other beneficial things inviting the citizens of that country to the deen of Allah the Most High. Alhamdulilah till now we have 3 natives that accepted Islam. They are coming to the Masjeed but they complain that they don’t understand anything so we translate some parts for them. My Question Shiekh is, is it permissible to deliver the Friday Khutba, in the native language of the country? Some Arabs don’t understand perfectly our native language and on the other hand we have some non arab Muslims that want the Khutba in their language. So is it permissible for me to deliver the sermon in the native language of the country?

It is permissible to have the Khutba in the native language of the country. However, the Imam can make the first Khutba in Arabic and the second, a translation in the native language.

Can a children be imam in the salah who memmorized a vast portion of the Quran and hasnt reach the age of puberty? If yes please give the reference of the related hadith.

This is permissible.

If someone goes to the masjid and has missed the jama’ah, should he pray Tahiyyat ul-masjid and then the fard salah, or should he pray the fard salah straight away?

It is recommended to beautify the athan with nice voices. It is not recommended what they do in simulating the tunes of songs or the likes of that.

I am not living in my country so I can’t understand khutbah can I recite Quran or make zikr in this time?
