This is the school of thought of Imam Abu Hanifa that one shouldn’t recite the Fatiha when praying behind the Imam. Their prayer is valid as long as they are following this school and they think that it is right. You can attend their schools and pray with them as they are Muslims just like you but they differ in some Fiqh issues.

A sister ask she see some Turkish Muslim in her country praying without saying alfatiha or any short surat , is that prayer valid and acceptable? what shall we advice them? and can we attend their mosque or islamic classes offered in the center?

A group of my friends have started to give dawah, they adhere to Quran and Sunnah but they focus more on establishing Khilafah. They quote from Quran verse no.75 surah Noor about Khilafah. They also quote hadith saying whoever dies without a allegiance to a khalifiah dies as a jahalliyah. They gather all young people and say they are part of Hizb tahrir and say the leaders of the muslim countries should be removed because they do not help the ummah suffering,they say khilafah is superior as salah and they say all the ulemas do not teach about khilafah as they are scared .
