Can we pray in any language instead of Arabic during fard salah,witr?

During fard salah we can only pray in arabic

Can we perform tahiyyatul wudhoo/masjid (or make up our witr if we couldn’t squeeze it in before Fajr beginning time?) between the adhaan and iqaamah of Fajr salaah?

The time of witr ends with the athan of Fajr. The rest can be performed between Athan and Iqama but one should combine intentions. For example, he should pray the Sunnah of Fajr with the intention of wudhu and tahiatul masjid at the same time.

After Asr salaah how long have you to perform your salaah if you have missed it before the sun starts to go down. Is it permissible to worship when the start of the sun goes down till it finishes going down?

I’ve noticed some of the brothers clasp their hands (just like they clasp their hands after saying initial Takbeer) in Salaah when they get up from rukuu. Is it part of Sunnah? Is there any hadith for this?

The question is not clear. If you don’t pray the Sunnah prayers, you are not sinful but you shouldn’t allow Satan to fool you into not praying it because you feel more Khusho’oa. You should know that praying the Sunnah would increase your Iman and it wouldn’t reduce it.

If somebody was traveling back and front on not trips, but for other important reasons and that person missed some prayers and doesn’t know exactly how much of prayers he missed what does such a person do?

If a person skips prayers without any legitimate reason such as sleeping or forgetfulness, he can’t pray it or make it up. But if there were Islamically accepted reasons, he should pray them immediately. If he prays them while traveling, he should pray them shortened.

If a person starts to recite during prayer then his mind wanders off and he is not concentrating, then when he finally realizes that he is day dreaming, he cannot remember well what he recited earlier, what should a person do in this case?

He should either start to recite again or if he had finished Al fatiha, he should go for Ruk’u

There is a hadeeth of RasoolAllah s.w.a that he said the best time to pray isha is nisful layl? So I do not end up going to congregation for Isha. I stay at home expecting to pray at the best time.

Surely you are wrong in what you are doing. You must pray Isha with the congregation even if they pray it immediately after the Athan. You must not postpone it until the middle of the night unless you are a woman or you are with a congregation in another masjid.

I have learned that WITR prayer should preferably be prayed as the last prayer of the day. But if we pray Isha late, like 1:00 AM and fajr is due at 4:35am…and we are awake through the night, then at what time is it appropriate to do ISTIKHARA?

The question is not clear. First of all, it is not permissible to pray Isha prayer at 01:00 as this is way passed its time.
