Did Prophet (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) teach Prophets surah Fatiha before he led them in prayer in masjid Aqsa? This question was put me by a man when I told him that salah with out Fatiha is not valid, as per Hadith of Prophet (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam). What/How should I respond him to this question?

They were all messengers of Allah! There is a probability that they knew it by heart, the other possibility is that the prayer was aloud and they didn’t need to recite it!

Is this hadith Sahih that when the Prophet (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) used to do miswak a sound like “Kha khaah” would come from his mouth?

My husband had kids from a previous marriage. He divorced and left them 2 houses. We bought our house and I ask to give it to our kids and put the house in my name for legal reason. He agreed only if he can get the house back any time he asks. We had big argument because he is asking for the house back.How can I negotiate with him? This is not fair on my kids. If anything happens to him his 1st kids can evict us.

It isn’t allowed to sever the family ties. You should upkeep the ties of kinship. You can live in a separate place if you wish and afford and you are married. Leaving your parents when you are not married is not permissible.

Recently I heard from a friend that if I have had an intercourse with my wife and I plan to repeat the act in the same night I need to get bath and purify before the second act. Is this authentic and can you kindly give reference of any authentic hadith in this regard?

I would like to ask a question. Please respond to me as I am new to islam. In islam, can husband divorce his wife as his family (mother and father) didn’t accept the wife because of the past history? Is it right in the husband’s part? The family puts the pressure on the son to give divorce and says that if he will not give divorce he cant see them when they dies. But husband didn’t want to give divorce?

They don’t have this right and the husband is sinful for such divorce.

My heart doesn’t remain present while I make dhikr of Allaah. Even if I try hard it remains present for a small amount of time and then again only my tongue makes harakah during zikr. Is this kind of dhikr beneficial to me ? What shud I do to get benefits of dhikrullaah? Please advise.
