I’m traveling from U.A.E to India on 21st Ramadan, As u know in India fasting is one day behind of Arab countries. So continuing with it is enough or should i fast one more extra of my traveled day?

As long as you didn’t skip any day of Ramadan and you have fasted 29 days or more, no need for you to make up for anything,

A person starts his fast in Pakistan on the 19th of June 2015 and then after couple of days arrives in Dubai where the first day of Ramadan was the 18th of June 2015, and he intends to stay in Dubai for more than 2 months. Question is , will he need to fast an extra day as he started his fast a day after Dubai or not?

If they celebrated Eid in Dubai and this individual’s fasting was 28 days, he had to make up for one day. But if he fasted in Ramadan 29 days, he doesn’t have any days to make up for!

If a person wearing attar/perfume gets some of the taste of the purfume and ofcourse it mixes with the saliva and swallows it, does this nullify the fast?

If somehow it gets into his stomach intentionally, he has broken his fast! But I can’t imagine how would someone swallow perfume?

Is it ok to make just one niyyah for the whole month of Ramadan at the first day of Ramadan or must you have to do niyyah each day before starting the fast. Thus making it 29 or 30 niyyah?

One niyyah in the first day is sufficient for the whole month unless you skip one day due to travel or illness etc. in this case, you need a new niyyah!

please can you tell me if propylene alcohol in food items is haraam? I have found it comes under alcohol-related intoxications

If the percentage of alcohol is low, eating a lot of such food doesn’t intoxicate and it is not wine, such alcohol is permissible.

Is it permissible to perform Umrah or Tawaf on behalf of deceased ones as my father intend to perform Umrah on behalf of my late grandfather. What about the sacrifice of animals on behalf of deceased ones on Eid ul Adha..is it also permissible or not ??

You can perform Umrah for the deceased but not a separate tawaf. It is best to combine the deceased with you in your own sacrifice.

There was a heated conversation between me and my wife in which she was asking me “are we divorced”. I was saying yes at the time not intentionally answering her question. I didn’t give her divorce or nothing. It didn’t even come out of my lips. What is the rulling?

I lent some money to my brother. Its been more than a year and I am not sure when he will return it. do I have to pay zakat on it

Yes. Only if you asked him for it and he refuses to give it back or apologizes for being unable to give it back, only in this case you don’t have to pay zakat until he returns it to you.
