If, in the future, an Islamic nation ever gets more advanced than the kuffar in terms of military service, number and technology, then will offensive jihaad become mandated upon that nation against those people who revile the Prophet (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam), if the ruler thinks it to be fit? Or is it not necessary?

One maulana in the masjid gave a daleel of sahih Muslim saying Jabir Bin Abdullah (radiy Allahu anhu) narrates that the Prophet (Salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) once entered the masjid and told us why is that I am seeing you raising your hands like that of a horses tail, make sure you have sukoon in salaah. Medical insurance is haram in India since almost all the insurance companies deal with Riba. But I am working in a company where my company forces the employees to take medical insurance and cuts the premium amount from our salary. My question is can we claim this medical insurance amount and give it to the poor without expecting any rewards similar to what we do with the interest amount coming from bank rather than leaving it unclaimed. Please enlighten on this.

There has been a marriage proposal come through for me and mum is unsure whether she should accept. Is it ok for her to do istikhara for guidance on whether she should accept this proposal for me?

She can pray it after taking a decision to meet the people for example. However,the main one to make istikhara is you as you are the one to get married.

, If a person is facing some serious financial crisis and needs immediate job in this case is this permissible for him to work in a bank (riba based)? and if that person hates bank job also but doing it just because of compulsion.

If it is made of pork, it is not permissible to use unless its physical and chemical characteristics are totally transformed to another material that is no longer related to pork. I would advise avoiding it as this is not a necessity to use or to make such candles.
