Recording transactions which are mandatory by the state for example transactions which involve recording of GOSI payments which are mandatory and knowing that GOSI is insurance and other medical insurance payments which are mandatory upon every citizen of KSA. What is the opinion of recording such transactions?

sheikh someone was doing things like eating people’s money in a corrupt way kinda, not paying off debt, not having knowledge about its consequences, that Allah will hold him to account for it, but now he is closer to Allah like never before, and he is worried about his past.
