what does a person do if he/she had a wet dream and couldn’t have a bath because of absence of water and later when he got water he forgot to take the bath and mean while leads in a prayer? Is the prayer valid?

When a person is in the state of major ritual impurity, he is obliged to perform ghusul! If there is no water, he must perform tayammum! Once he finds water,he must perform Ghusul! Therefore, if this person forgot and didn’t perform ghusul when he found water, his prayers are invalid and he must perform them again!

If the person didn’t perform his Hajj at all but using the money from the will of the dead person which given to him by him to do the hajj for him, . What to do?

For a marriage to be valid, the follwoing conditions are there: Bride and groom are both Muslims or bride is atleast from ahl-ul-kitaab. presence of Bride’s Wali. presence of two witnesses and no obstacles preventing the marriage.

I joined imam in 2nd rakah in magrib salah. Imam offered sajda sahu & I also offered & I completed my salah by praying one rakah after lmam said the last tasleem. Later on people told me that imam had not recited fatihah in 1st rakah but only surah. Is my and other people’s prayer valid or we have to repeat it?

Your prayer is valid as you didn’t know. Those who prayed from the beginning with him, their prayer is invalid if they knew that.

I am 39 years of age previously my period was 6 days, now the blood stops after three days and sometimes white fluid also comes then after 3 or 4 days again I experience brownish discharge (liquid & solids) for 3 or 4 days, should I count all this time as my period? when should I consider myself pure for Salah, Fasting etc.?

If the blood stops and you see the white thread like discharge, you are pure and must pray! The discharge you see days afterwards has no effect on your purity. Simply purify yourself from it and make wudhu and pray.

Is it haram to eat or drink street food,any kind of street food,the one sold beside the drain and the one sold on footpath and other types too. so r they halal becoz they might be unhealthy.?

If the food sold is made of halaal ingredients, then it is halaal. If it is unhealthy or unclean, you must not eat it.

When there is no other option to learn arabic is it ok to go to such a teacher’s house for learning arabic who probably has magic or jinn possession problem and whose home environment and family members behaviors are bit abnormal?

This is not permissible at all.

Remember when you told me that I will be rewarded for being a one man ummah, yeah.. about that… Now I fear I will be punished for being one man ummah. I don’t feel much support from my _akhi_. There’s so much fitnah! When I go outside, it’s pretty much impossible to not أخطأ. People at school make me mad. The level of _fasad_ in my school is outrageous! Even when I try hard to not أخطأ, I still fall into it. Whether it’s at المدرسة, or سوبر ماركت. Doesn’t matter. The Islamic duties that are incumbent on me are seriously مؤكدا لي. Being a one man ummah is too tough. There’s so much to focus on. All I want is to have khushoo in salah. I’m happy Allah is testing me but I need khushoo. Shaykh, there’s SO much to do. And I fail at pretty much everything. I’ve been trying to get it straight the last 11 months but I failed -as usual. I don’t doubt Allah’s mercy-0 rather, I doubt my ability to be a decent Muslim. It makes me seriously. أقول فقط هذه الاشياء لك.. الغضب في نفسي.
