Shaikh, I masturbated and promised Allah that I will not do it again. I broke my promise and did it again and promised him that I will not do it. This went on. It is normal in our country to be with our mother in law once we get married. What exactly a wife should do when the mother in law is not letting his son to take his wife along with him though he s capable of taking or somewhere outing when he comes from his workplace and the son is listening what his mother is asking him to do? She should talk to her husband privately and explain to him that he is not obliged to listen to his mother when she interferes with their lives! Beloved Sheikh, would you please advise me what to do if one’s mother is using offensive, foul and abusive words and also curses a lot just because son is not willing to shave/trim beard and not willing to do any haram job and other unIslamic acts, as mother is extremely materialistic and has very little interests/not at all towards the Deen of Allah.
