I live in Sweden and my sister is also live in Sweden, she borrow a loan from bank equal to SEK 1.5 Million and also borrow a house loan SEK 1.7 Million, she has to pay back in monthly installments. She has 300 gram gold and SEK 0.2 Million for her daughter, Is she eligible for Zakat next year ??? She is paying zakat regularly till 2016 but now has a big amount of loans,

If these loans are interest based, this is a major sin. As long as she has the gold and cash at hand, she must give zakat.

If a person has taken credit & not paying as per promise can that money be considered as Zakat money to him & he is relived of his debt?

It is not permissible for the person to drop off a debt on a poor man in exchange for not giving his zakat.

I had deep desire to read tafseer Qur’an and alhamdulillah Allah allowed me completing it. I forgot much of what i read unintentionally. I have been brought up in hanafi fiqh, but with issues like praying salatul witr i have seen hadith which prohibits praying it like Maghrib. So my question is, as iwant to follow the sunnah, If i follow hanafi fiqh and see Authentic hadith which contradicts hanafi fiqh, what should i follow? And i am only comfortable following only authentic hadith is this permissiable

i heard hadeets one has to recite surah fatiha in all rakah or else prayer is invalid also heard if someone came late to masjid and got rukoo with imam in the salah his rakah will be valid , so do i have to repeat the rakah or it will be enough.

The imam recitation would suffice only in the loud Rakah.

There are some scholars who say that 3 talaq in one sitting counts as 3, thus a marriage is nullified. There are also some scholars who say that 3 talaq in one sittings counts as only 1? Am I blameworthy if I choose to follow 3 talaq is equal to 1? Is it ok to do this? (Ref: Sahih Muslim 9: 3492 in the book of divorce).
