This is true with the exception of Quran one reads before going to bed.

I would like to know if we don’t get place inside the mosque for eid prayer and we pray outside of the mosque but on the ground in front of the toilet and boundery for women, is it obligatory to offer 2 rakah Greeting of the Masjid for us?

Eid prayer is not to be offered in the masjid. You should offer these two Rakah as the rows are connected and this area is now part of the masjid.
