I suffer from post urination urine drop dribbling for about 30 mins – 45 mins. I wear separate pair of undergarments during this time and rinse off and change for salah. My question is is it permissable to recite a digital version of Quran from my phone in this state of impurity?

one thing confuses me akhi, firstly I believe Allah has put me on the right path and not part of any deviant sect. but there are certain Sufis in my family who are better than me as a person and i start to think why has Allah made them good people but put them on the wrong path.
