Is it ok when public punishes someone even if he did blashpehmy? For example they kill him. Is it justified in islam?

This is not permissible. Punishing someone is up to the Muslim ruler, judge, or authorities of the country.

Here in Kandahar Afghanistan, we used to pray Witr like Maghreb except we do rafalyaden after Surat but since we heard from you how it is done we are doing it as you said. Now people say that ‘all the ulama in here are wrong? you should be doing it as you used to’; when we ask for the proof they have nothing to show.pleas guide us what to do?

Yes you have to as this is how our Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam used to do it.

I’m 16 and still live at home, so I don’t need a job to survive. But I would need one to get experience which could be useful in the future and also to make some extra money. Unfortunately 99% of the jobs in my country are mixed, is it permissible if I get a job at a place that is mixed? What about if the women are older and I limit interaction?

Is it mandatory to give qurbani where your residence ( I am in Canada) is or its permissible to give qurbani in your homeland? It’s a bit expensive in Canada and there’s not many relatives we have here. Since we don’t know any poor here, we give one portion to Muslim food bank, one portion to few Muslim family friends and one portion for us. Can I give in my homeland?

Slaughtering

It is best to witness the slaughtering and eat from it. But if this is not possible, it is permissible to slaughter it elsewhere.

Dear shaikh we live in Pakistan n here asr salAh time is 05:15 according to Muslim pro app but the azan is giving at 05:45 so I’m confused should I follow time or moazzan to perform salah. Please reply as only Maghreb there isn’t in difference in timing
