Yes you may touch with the help of a barrier that is gloves or a cloth for learning purpose. It is best to read it from an electronic device such as a phone or a computer.

I have question regarding enjoining good and forbidding evil with adab. Whenever I say anything to do with islam even things where there is ijma like “music is haram” my elders say “your not knowledgeable and qualified enough to say that” even though what I said was not a fatwa it was simply stating something obvious in the deen. What should one do in this scenario?

If you missed it deliberately then you cannot pray, and if you missed it due to legitimate reason then you have to make it up as soon as you remember and do not delay it.

I am lost. Don’t know who to take knowledge From. I hear stuff like he is from ahlul bidah, and he is dalali. And I have also heard about the madkhali. I Can not take knowledge from them either? I know that we have to make up our missed days of ramadan and then fast the 6 days of shawal. My sister doesn’t have time to fast first her missed days and then the 6. That is why she asked if she can fast the 6 days first before shawal ends and then her missed days. Is it permissible?

Dowry

If it is a gift and not in the form of a dowry and your father in law is really rich to afford such a gift, this is permissible. There is nothing wrong in taking such a gift.
