I recently got to know that my mother’s brother works in an insuarence company and I don’t think he knows its wrong. Is it mandatory for me to tell him that working there is wrong. My mother does a similar work but when i told her its wrong, she got angry. Now if I tell her brother, she would get even more upset and that would cause problems in the house.

Is it backbiting if i inform a person of a habit or an evil of someone that could actually harm him ? For example if i tell my sister or a friend to not believe everything mr. Xyz says because he lies ,then will it be considered backbiting? If it is then how are we to warn our beloved one of treacherous or evil people ? And what if the evil person is in family ?

sheikh I didn’t know that first we have to makeup missed fasts then shawwaal fasts .. 2 fasts I’ve kept with the intention of Shawwal fasts now today I got to know correct thing . Will those fasts counted as missed fasts or simple Nafil ?

If i go for hajj and get my hair shortened instead of fully shaved, are there any restrictions, such as the hair has to be one inch thick? This is what i hear from some hanafis.

The sunnah is to shave the head as the Prophet has made Duaa three times for those who shave their heads that Allah would have mercy on them. It is permissible to cut the hair short by clipping it from all sides. No specific length is prescribed.
