sheikh I don’t get it, if your sins from the past happened long time ago and you forgot about it and became closer to Allah swt and your repenting for you current shortcomings, isnt it better to forget about the past and move on and continue worshipping instead of dwelling on it because you have gotten closer to Allah swt now anyway?

I live in a 26 storey apartment building. Sometimes, it is inevitable for me to be in seclusion with a non-mahram woman in the lift. Is this considered khulwah?
