ANSWER: It’s not permissible for the man’s father or brothers to look at her at all.

I hope youre in a good health. Recently my elder sister went to the US and marries her girl-friend. They even went to the extent of “buying” a couple of newborn kids in Malaysia. I don’t know what else to do other than to advise her to repent. Does she fall into Kufr?

ANSWER: With the “marriage”, she took herself out of Islam. She must be advised severely and if she does not accept it, you must cut all relations with her.

Is it necessary to say “AujubiLlahi minas shaytanir rajiim” in every rakaa before Surah AlFatiha or can we directly say “Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahiim”?

ANSWER: It depends upon your intention, but it is better to avoid it to prevent evil eye unless there is benefit in it for others.

when i put my hands on my chest i heard a reliable shaykh say the fingers should be tight, shaykh does this include the thumbs? cause when i put my hands on my chest my thumbs even when putting four fingers tight my thumbs stick out a little and its irratating sticking my thumb to the palm? can i make the other four fingers tight and thumb leave it in natural way? what should i do?
