ANSWER: If this loan is a riba based loan, then this is not permissible.

My question is that what is the rullling of hijab in islam for females. Veil( hiding face ) is mandatory or only abaya and head cover is ok? I have gone through few videos on internet by different scholars some says face is not included in hijab u can keep it open Some says face should b covered .

ANSWER: A Muslim woman must be covered from head to toe. She must wear the hijab and a loose fitting outer garment that conceals the entire shape and bone structure of her body. If wearing the niqab is her conviction, she must abide by it as well. I personally believe that it is mandatory.

ANSWER: No problem, he can gift his property in his lifetime but must be equal in whatever he gives to all of his children.

Will i be held accountable, if i wake up for fajr, but do not bother to wake up another person sleeping beside me to pray?

ANSWER: Yes. If you did your best to wake that person but he/she didn’t wake up, you have done your job and are not accountable.

If during a solat prayer my phone start to ring aloud what is expected for me to do at the moment not to distract others attention

ANSWER: Switch it off! One must take this precaution of putting the phone on silent before entering the masjid itself.

If a traveller comes to the mosque, should he then pray all the sunnah prayers, or only the jamaah prayers?

ANSWER: A traveller does not pray the sunnah prayers except the sunnah of Fajr and Witr.

In our place adhan of fazr is intentionally delayed…the difference between the time given in internet for fazr and the adhan is 15 minutes…Can I eat untill 10 minutes after the given time in internet because I myselft didn’t see the breaking of the dawn nor the adhan is given so we are not sure is the time in internet correct but most likely it is correct..the difference in ramadan is 1 minute

Fasting

ANSWER: You must not eat or drink anything after the time of fajr has entered, it does not matter when the athan is given.

I always get in to fight with my husband because of brother in law coming without any hasitation claiming his parents lives here i feel very abused in this matter , home respecting no women with in there is avery little privacy in home what would you say about it
