I read a hadith that says there are three individuals that, when they supplicate to Allah (Azz’ Wa Jal), their supplication is not answered. One of them was a man to whom another man owes money and he does not have witnesses over him. Does this mean if you let somebody borrow money without having witnesses your dua are not accepted? If so how does one make up for this?

ANSWER: If the loan is not written down and the debtor denies it or takes a long time to repay it, then the lender has no one to blame but himself, because he exposed his property to loss. And in this case , Duaa of this person will not be answered.

I went to the market near the mosque to buy some stuff and adhan was called and I can listen to the adhan without loudspeaker because I was near the mosque. Was praying in congregation becomes compulsory for me then. I didnt prayed and came back and prayed alone.

ANSWER: No problem as this is Duaa and not reciting the Quran! Reciting the Quran during prostration is prohibited.

Daughters are said to bring good sustenance yet my father loses all his assets bringing us up. In what authentic way can one increase financial soundness?

ANSWER: Having daughters is not a reason to get rizq, but you can make Duaa in general.

ANSWER: If this investment company is based on solely riba and deals with riba based investments, it is not permissible to work there at all.

if a wife do all duties2wards husband’s house,kids n his parents(to co oprate him),but if she shortcums in his parents duties,he scold n mistreat wife by saying that its not her responsibility but if she won’t do it properly,he leaves the job to serve his parents coz he earns for wife n kids n not get tym to serve parents,otgerwise wife is obliged to this duty in his behalf.how correct it is?

It is solely his duty to financially support you and your kids and your duty is to serve him and your children and take care of your house and not his parents or siblings. sheikh my one side of my family regularly gathers together. the tv is on for the whole thing ( programs have music in the background) and they backbite constantly. do i have to attend so i dont break the family ties?

ANSWER: No problem when they’re are not praying and to beautify themselves for their husbands or in front of other women. They must not put it when they make wudhu nor when non mahram can see it.

I’ve heard one Maulana saying that when we read Qur’an from our mobile or tab we are not rewarded as equal to reading from Mushaaf (book). Is it true? Please reply as I frequently read on an iPad.
