In pakistan dhur time is 12:28 according to my prayer apl And the azan is at 12:50 Can i pray at 12:28? And same case in asr And in fajr also is 4:28 and azan is at 4:50 or 5am What should i follow my prayer app?

After doing wudu and start to pray i feel some urine drops so should i consider this as waswasa from satan or consider this as a problem? before getting out of toilet i make sure that i full fill the call of nature but sstill i feel some drops coming out.
