I work with a brother who does not pray fajr when it’s dark. Fajr is at 5:45 and sunrise is 7.20 in England. He prays 20-30 mins before su rise. he say we must wait till there is a bit of natural light outside. What is the ruling of this.

My mom is a sufi who like to make us sit by her and listen to fable tales of her regarding islam. I have told her that this all is fabricated yet she never agrees. She now have also started interpreting quran on hed own, which makes me angry. She is my mother so how am i supposed to tackle this situation for i can’t hear her say whatever she likes about islam.

ANSWER: Don’t sit with her when she narrates such things and give her dawah with wisdom, knowledge, good manners and fair preaching. Learn your religion well in order to correct her. If she doesn’t speak Arabic, how can she interpret the Quran?

sheik is it good to pray in a dark room, sometimes I pray tahajud and I don’t to interact people for their sleep, so I do my things quitelly and also pray on dark room, some pepole say praying in dark room you pray with sheytan, is so?
