It is allowed. Except plucking or trimming or cutting eyebrows everything is allowed for a woman.

Is upper lip threading allowed as there is a hadith which says removing facial hair is not allowed? I intendto remove it for my husband as I am dark skinned and upper lip hair growth looks more prominent on my face. is it allowed?
