ANSWER:

A non muslim cannot inherit a muslim and a muslim cannot inherit a non muslim. 

You can write 1/3rd or less in your will on their behalf and you can gift them as much as you want during your lifetime.

My parents are not muslim I wanted to know if they can inherit my wealth after I pass away? And if not then please direct me to how and who should be wealth be given to according what pleases Allah from the quran and sunnah.
