Is it permissible for the owners of a restaurant to talk about the shortcomings and mistakes of their employees. For ex. If they talk about their employees not performing their job, or not using common sense, or not being trustworthy. Is this backbiting? And what are the limits when evaluating employees?

If they are saying this to other employees or other people, this is backbiting. If they are evaluating a certain employee with other managers purely for professional reasons, they can use more diplomatic language in order to avoid speaking ill of that employee.

There are some of us women who have started a business as an event planner, that will include planning different kinds of events like weddings, birthdays, seasonal parties etc. Do you think it is permissible or is there any harm doing it?

This is not permissible as it is approving of their shirk and disbelief and collaborating with them! If the celebration was halal and doesn’t include any haram such as music, free mixing, alcohol etc, this is permissible as in Muslim weddings. Birthdays and the likes are prohibited.

Sheikh I’ve non-muslim neighbour family who collect flower from my garden for Worshiping their gods. Now should I tell her not to take flowers from my garden as this flower is going be used in act of Shirk?

My menses cycles usually last for about 7 days, I do ghusul the following night and the next day it’s dry but there may be a bit of brownish discharge I still continue to pray and so on, is that permissible? Is it considered blood or?

You must not take ghusul until you see your purity which is either through complete dryness or after seeing the white thread like discharge.

Can a woman pray taraweeh prayer at home by holding quran mushaf in her hand for recitation.She will keep mushaf on nearby table while in rukoo & sujood.She is praying alone. She will not keep her hands on chest during qiyam because she is holding mushaf. Is it acceptable or she should join congregational prayer at mosque for taraweeh & qiyam ullayl.

sheikh,it’s 2 months since I delivered baby.i bathed after 40days and prayed.now I saw little blood it’s not thick it’s thin watery type but brownish red in color.i slept through fajr.its dhuhr now and m confused whether to pray.pls advice ASAP

Your post natal bleeding is over after 40th day. If you saw the flow of the blood, this is your menses. If it is only discharge and spotting, this is nothing.

I have been learning about attributes of Allah but I found different opinions on some attributes like affirming two eyes some saying not enough evidence got to specify number. and affirming both right hands for Allah or right and left with perfection . as a Muslim I believe in Allah and I believe in everything in Quran and Sunnah ,So do I need take a position on this matter ?

If you are a layman and don’t know Arabic, you must follow a great scholar in Islam and embrace his views in accordance to Quran and sunnah with the understanding of the salaf.

Are we allowed to eat the food and accept gifts from relatives and friends who works in a interest based bank. As I don’t accept things from them as in Quran it says Riba is Haram.
