This was probably referring to a particular night of a particular year. It can also mean that it is more likely to be in that night but it is not a must.

My question is, is it permissible to wear light make up? I am a working muslimah and it is required to wear make up while you are on duty. Please answer it.

Sir, my question is..I want to do a sincere intention to not do something and change myself in a better way this Ramadan. So, how to perform intention sincerely i know not to utter from tongue but how to say it with heart. What is the etiquette of saying intention in Islam. Hw to perfrm salatal hajat. Can i make intention in dua after that namaz?
