Do I have to feed 10 different people to expiate an oath or can I feed the same person 10 times? Does it have to be Muslims? Can I just give it to Muslim countries if that is the case?

Is it permissible to take bath in a pond outside but nearby the mosque while I am in Itikaf? It is too hot & sweats too much. Cloth & body gets soaked by sweating & makes bad smell. If not permissible then what to do? There is no internal arrangement for shower in the mosque.

in islam who is financially responsible for the maintanance of an unmarried female whos closest male relatives are her brothers (heirs). Males receive a 2:1 share of their parents inheritance. As they are protectors and maintainers of women. Does this verse cover all females or only apply to wives and secondly does it exclude females who work? Be that a daughter or sister?

Sheikh. I got married recently and in our culture everyone gifts us with gold. since it’s more than 85 grams, I would like to know about the ruling on zakat on gold since I hear different opinions. the hadith which says if you pray Isha & Fajr in Jama’ah, you’ll get reward of praying all night. someone said it’s only applicable if you pray witr also in Jama’ah with imam or else you won’t get that reward. if the imam also doesn’t pray witr after Isha, only then you can delay witr. otherwise you must pray it in Jama’ah to get that reward.is it right?

These are two separate Hadeeths; the one about Isha and Fajr, which is authentic and the other one is regarding taraweeh with the Imam which is also authentic. One should pray until the Imam concludes with witr in order to gain that reward.
