A woman can wear whatever she likes in front of her husband. But she has some limits if other women or mahrams or her children (if they are not too small) are around.

What these so called scholars had said is baseless! It is permissible to wear nail polish providing no non Mahram would see it and that one removes it before making wudhu.

You must wipe over your hair and not make masah unless there is a necessity for that such cold weather or difficulty in removing.

 If you don’t believe in it, we recommend you for doing it and you will not be sinful for taking it off but it is best for you to keep it all the time just to be safe that your opinion might be wrong on the day of judgment.

It is an issue of dispute. There is a hadeeth in Saheeh Muslim where the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam forbade from wearing the RING on the middle or the index finger. Some scholars say that this is only for males. I believe that it is general and for all genders.

If this is in front of other women or her Mahrams, this is permissible.

It has to be  wide, loose,  modest and covers the body completely. Therefore, if it is covering her waist, this seems ok providing that the skirt is loose. But if her waist and buttocks curves are exposed, this is not permissible.
