It is highly recommended to offer the Iqama but the Athan is not permissible for them.

When female watches Islamic lecture on video of a male sheikh, are they allowed to keep their eyes/gaze constantly on the face of the male sheikh/usthad?

I know that a woman can’t work with men in her job but is she allowed to teach boys? If she is allowed, then up to what age can she teach (the teaching could also be one to one so it is very likely she will be alone with a boy)?

She is allowed to teach boys that are still children. This is recognized by the way they look and where they look. Therefore, it seems generally that up to 10 or 11 is permissible
