Shirk and its different forms

My question is as the shirk is the biggest sin and which cannot be forgiven unless sinner make touba himself. Can we classify shirk as Shirk (Major) & Shirk (Minor) though the intensity for the sin still much high. I heard people often classify that but as per my understanding it cant be major or minor it is only Major. Please guide me as per the verdict of Quran o Sunna.

I have a silver evil eye necklace that my dad gave to me. It’s a cheap necklace but I wish to keep it because it’s a gift from my dad and because it’s actual silver. Can I keep it without wearing it or must I throw it away?

This is shirk!

I’ve got my home renovation on.. Builder advices my dad about the relocation of kitchen and bathroom to be in certain direction to bring us more health and wealth. Similarly place windows and doors etc. I do not believe in it and think of it as Biddhah. Please correct me if I’m wrong and convey what’s right to my dad.

This is not true and he must not follow their advise as this would be shirk.

Alhamdulillah we constructed a new house. My mother wants to put a tile with (Ma sha Allah, Tabarak-Allah or Hada Min Fadhle Rabbi or any Ayah written in Arabic) above the entrance or on the outside wall of the house, so that any passer-by can read it. Is it allowed?

sheikh actually my mother wears a locket in which it is written some words of Quran n some other language which I can’t understand a person gave that to my mother that it will protect her from black magic n jin so now my mother wears them n forces me n my brother to wear them so what should I do I already told her that believe in Allah not in these taveez or lockets but she gives me bad duas

No, I respect whatever is truthful or possible. I don’t respect those who lie against Allah.

My mother in law took me to nizamuddin delhi and ajmer sharif(khawaja gareeb nawaz) and tara garh in ajmer. There we prayed for our hajats and tied small threads and kept niyaz..By Allah’s will our desires were fulfilled.nw i hv come to knw all this is a major sin.i asked Allah for forgiveness and made a vouch nvr to visit astaans. I m in dilemma wat to do wid niyaz i had kept there…
