It is not permissible for a girl to be seen except by her potential suitor once he is serious and proposing.

You are not sinning unless you have the urge for sex. If you don’t have such a need or urge, you are going against the Sunnah and losing reward.

A woman can stipulate such conditions in the marriage contract.

This is not permissible and it is prohibited for him to marry under these circumstances.

If these photos are of her, forget about her and apologize to her Wali that you can’t marry such a person as there are differences between you two.

He can do so if her wali agrees, however, I don’t advise to go against the opinion of the parents, as this causes problems in the future.

A man must seek to get married to pious Muslim woman, and not worry about finding love like in the movies. He must put his trust in Allah and try his best to make the marriage work; once he is married, love will come after.

As long as their religious commitment is good and the boy can afford a decent life and open a house for her, he must not be rejected or refused.
