I’m recently married yet unhappy about the marriage as she can’t satisfy me sexually.She gets tired very fast due to her obesity.I couldn’t make out her physical appearance well during my visit to her home before marriage as her obesity wasn’t obvious from external look.But because of intimacy issues between us,I’m losing interest in her.Due to this,I’m afraid of getting attracted to other girls.

Does the husband have to treat, speak and handle for example like buy gifts and allocate time each day to his wife differently to anyone else or is it permissible for him to deal with, handle and speak to his wife the same as any other person?
