Kind Treatment of Spouses

It’s been two months for my marriage and I am not able develop any feelings or love for her. I don’t like her appearance may Allah forgive me for saying this as everything is created by Allah. is it considered as fardh for a mother to do any work related to the kids- for example taking them to the doctor appointment. I stay at home n I homeschool my daughter n take care of the house n my toddler. Is it a must for me to outside work for them too? My husband said he cannot take time off for these as he has booked all his vacation for family visit abroad.
