I live in the UK and applied for a position in a retail shop selling all types of men, woman and kids clothes. Keep in mind this is a kaafir company where both men and women clothes are tight, they stock loose clothing aswell what is the ruling on working here? And my customers are kaafir and they are going to use it immoraly as they follow no rules, what is the ruling

This is not permissible.

If someone tells me to buy something for him, and I know places where I can get it at a cheap price and that it will cost me 500 riyals, but I tell the man that I will bring it for him for 750, adding my cost of bringing it such as car and petrol and also adding my profit, but the man is unaware that I am charging him extra. Is this right? If not, what Should I do to make it right?

This is not permissible! You are his agent and you shouldn’t make a profit of him unless you take his prior approval on the money you are making of him!

One of my friends wants to open a business, It is related to dogs – its a bit complicated – in pakistan he has different types of dogs and usually people who have female dogs they want to CROSS breed it . For this they want to charge some money . So people with female dogs will bring their female dog and come to these people , and they will make her cross with a different breed . So for this they want to earn money ..will the income be halal or harm ???

This is totally prohibited!

a woman whose profession is baking cakes. She read a fatwa that baking cakes for birthdays, anniversaries etc is Haram. So does that mean any Bakery that bakes cakes is Haram because whether someone accepts it or not, most of the cakes are for Birthdays and Anniversaries. That woman also takes any Cake order that comes and does not celebrate Birthdays or Anniversaries herself nor does she specifically advertise that she bakes cakes for Birthdays and Anniversaries etc. Catering Businesses also serve food for such occasions but nobody calls them Haram as this is not their business in specific and they prepare food for any occasion. Why do Big businesses get away and small ones suffer due to such fatwas.

If it involves writing interest, this is totally prohibited.

If I as a business analyst recommend a company from Country A to invest and open a operation in Country B and say that they will require at least $10,000 . Based on my analysis and reports they take a loan to open the branch in B.Is it halal for me or not as based on my recommendation to raise the money they took a loan. So am I earning halal or not ?

If you were asked about investment opportunities and you gave your recommendation in halal means yet they decided to opt for interest based loan, this is their own sin and not Yours!

I am the second wife in a polygamous marriage , I have a mate. I have two young children, the issue is that for a while my husband has been finding it difficult to keep up with the bills , hospital and at times even food. Don’t work if you fear all of these things! It is his duty to provide for you and you are not obliged to work!

If I own a shop for repairing cars, a customer comes n gives car for repair, I chk spare parts for it. I go n buy dem, for aed 400 or 500 (in d city whr my shhop is I get dem for aed 700 so I go to another city whr dey sell in factory price of aed 400 or 500). dan I come bak n repair car also. I have labour charge, service charges, and for spare parts I charge extra aed 200 as proFit on spare parts for going and gettin dem frm far place. and also as it’s cheaper for me. what is ur verdict on this? is it wrong or right?? to charge profit on spare parts. No problem, but he has to advise his brother! Also, if the car was interested from the money used in their mutual business, he should tell him that he doesn’t want any haram transactions in their business or he will leave this partnership!
