I am setting up a subscription business insha’Allah For the first 3 weeks of every month, I will gather subscribers, who will sign up to get a box of goods. During the last week of the month I will gather the box of goods, and then send them out I will NOT bill customers until the start of next month, ie, until after I take possession of goods. I am a doctor and I have both male and female patients, I have to take their pulses, blood pressure , examine their chest heart beat via stethoscope and other aspects of medicine, usually I donot see the private parts of the patient. But still in order to examine them I have to touch their hands or legs or chest.. Is my income halal if I am touching a non Mahram for it?

A woman must only treat other women and men must treat other men! Only if there is no one to treat the opposite gender that this might be permissible but in the presence of someone else in the room so that there wouldn’t be any seclusion.

No, it is not permissible as Canada is one of the countries that has forces killing Muslims!

How come it can be haram for a girl to attend mixed university or higher level education. If there ia only mixed uni for becoming phD and other specialist doctor course. our ummah should have those doctors to treat muslim ladies ryt? If the family is poor and they cant afford to send her abroad in 1 or 2 universities which is not mixed. will it come under necessity or anyhow not haram?

A muslim thinks of his salvation first from hellfire! I wouldn’t throw myself in hell in order to save the Ummah! I want to save myself first! The same should be with a woman who has these great hopes! She shouldn’t sin in order to get there!

one kuffar is working with me, during that time i was book supplier, during time he working with me he take use my car to do his own business as book supplier, when i find out then i sack him. the question is i have to pay some commission to him, becouse of this case i stop paying his commission , what should i do?

This depends on the contract you had with him. If he did something that requires a penalty, you can deprive him of his commission but this also depends on the penalty of the policies and procedures of the company!

I live in the UK and applied for a position in a retail shop selling all types of men, woman and kids clothes. Keep in mind this is a kaafir company where both men and women clothes are tight, they stock loose clothing aswell what is the ruling on working here? And my customers are kaafir and they are going to use it immoraly as they follow no rules, what is the ruling

This is not permissible.

If someone tells me to buy something for him, and I know places where I can get it at a cheap price and that it will cost me 500 riyals, but I tell the man that I will bring it for him for 750, adding my cost of bringing it such as car and petrol and also adding my profit, but the man is unaware that I am charging him extra. Is this right? If not, what Should I do to make it right?

This is not permissible! You are his agent and you shouldn’t make a profit of him unless you take his prior approval on the money you are making of him!

One of my friends wants to open a business, It is related to dogs – its a bit complicated – in pakistan he has different types of dogs and usually people who have female dogs they want to CROSS breed it . For this they want to charge some money . So people with female dogs will bring their female dog and come to these people , and they will make her cross with a different breed . So for this they want to earn money ..will the income be halal or harm ???
