ANSWER: It is permissible for a man to work there if there’s no other job that you would get where there is no free mixing, as you’re the bread earner. However you should always lower your gaze and not talk to females unnecessarily and never be alone with a woman in a room.

I would like to know if there is any set rules when setting up the sell price for a product for an online business? There are are two types of price for an online product: product price and shipping price. Is it ok to sell the product for free and increase the shipping or markup the product price and make the shipping free to make reasonable profit after advertising cost

Pls is it permissible that I add a certain amount of money as a 3rd party in a business transaction. I don’t sell the product but my friend asked me to find out the price, which costs 10,000. I told him it costs 12,000. Is what 2,000 Halal to me?

I have realised that industry is not genuine,there are ethical issues from top to bottom,small example: lying to customers that meat is fresh from today etc. Respected Sheikh My question is that during your life in Islamic Daawah have you ever came accross any business which made you go Wow, what a great way to earn a halal living. I am a chartered accountant. I work in a Singaporean company ….. Which is a computer manufacturing company. Iam the financial manager of that company. The main business of that company is not related to interest but as far as iam considered I deal with the accounting of Interest because it is beyond my control to avoid interest related transactions. Is my job is haram or halal ?

ANSWER: If you directly write and document interests, your job is prohibited.

I no keeping picture is Haram, but I have a job that involves picture, like am in Italy and my job is go to Africa and take pictures of the poor kid and the poor environment for my company to make it a books and sell it, is the too Haram for a Muslim
